Known Issue:
For all versions of Ephesoft Transact, an issue occurs on instances using Google Chrome versions greater than 80.0.3.3987.149 (64-bit). If a batch class is opened for review or validation, it remains locked until it is manually unlocked.
Solution:
Downgrade your version of Google Chrome or use an alternative internet browser. A fix for Ephesoft Transact 2019.2 and 2020.1 is currently in development.
