KB0011682 – Assigning a Batch Class to a Role/Security Group

Issue: How to assign users role to only see specific batch classes and batch instances.

Solution:

1. Go to the Batch Class Management screen
2. Select your batch class and under Roles column, check on the Role/ Security Group you want to enable access to this particular batch class. See screenshot below.

Users will only be able to see or manage particular Batch Classes and Batch Instances assigned to their Role/Security Group.
